Clan Upgrates proposal...

Rules


1st Priority...
*constently check with secretary katrina.
- everytime logon, never let our rank goes down 2nd till we secured our scores.

2nd Priority...
*Training stores supply at the same time.
-team 8x training, greedy lake collect mana...
-team 9x/10x training, cave/loc collect jera's...
-team3 mable lol 10x... hunters.


With this guides, our training that could lead us upgrates, how?


1st steps...
* 8x supply mana for 9x/10x...
* 9x supply jera's respec 80d/10x (by using clan gold).
* 10x supply hunting goods for respec.

2nd steps...
* Upgrate items(respec items) will only in-exchange with their decent gears, armor or weapons.

3rd steps...
* higher 8x char (active member) will do the same, exchange thier items from 9x past down items.
everyone who works and follow the rules gets upgrates, we just need patient and team work.
their gears will past down to lower lvl char list goes on...

4th steps...
* Back At One (1st step).


Upgrates could comes if we put our heart and workmanship together, might take weeks or monthsss to come,
just team work and plenty of patient. We lose nothing from training at the same time^^.
We gather sources from our clan party on training, work for xp and respec items from clan gold.

i have 3rd eye if u guys can lure to me let me kill i believe within an hour we could harvest around 80mystic mana without problem...

Im up for this we should give it a try

i'd try it but being a prs i cant say i'll have alot of extra mana for others lol

atm im using mana recharge and vam-cupid, its working but cash itemzzz -.-

i never heart or told something like this b4 but this was a genuis plan! (self-proclaimed) xD

well 10x are no less diff when it comes to pt hunting tho... so we can know who had a jeras drop in pt!
check and balance so theres no fraud! hunt party together when using mana resource.

1) This idea was to be organise, this chart guides our ppl to train and farm resources we needed.
2) 3types of resource we need to farm, 1st gold(sod)... 2nd Mana (8x farmer)... 3rd Jeras(9x hunters)...
3) NS 80d items for respec can be found or bought in market, we already have clan gold right?.

problems:


-we recruit lvl 85+ people. And most of our clanie are 90+ in clan. 8X people ll dissappear little by little. So our 9X members ll have to hunt mana too...


-all our 9X members are close in lvl. If they dont have 80d items they have at least 80b items. And we all have 80b items. Do you think that if we upgrade someone with 80d items do you think that the clan ll need his 80b gear?
It can work for some class. But I dont think for all.

so how to decide who ll have the 80d items when most of us are 9X.

I think this system is very good in a clan with many different lvl. but in case we have 85+ there ll alway have problems with people to get items.


I made a mistake today and I want to apology to all the knight in clan. I should post on forum about it before taking this decision alone.

But who deserved more this armor?
We cant answer this question. we should decide all together. maybe with vote on items but it sounds crazy... We ll vote everytime.
highest lvl get the weapon first?

My exemple is Jason. We gave him a good sword KS lv/1. Does he use it? and is he very active in clan ?
what is done is done. We wont ask him to give back its stupid. We are not looking on each item or each member. what they have what they need.

mable found this armor and she wanted to trade it for a fs one. It wasn"t fair because some knight needed it. Even if we could trade it for a fs one because I need a fs wyvern armor.

I dont mind of who ll get this items because I put the clan before me. if clan is happy I m happy. but we cant be fair for all. We cant say who deserve something more than someone else...

if any ns items that are found, you can come to me to help or teach you respecing jitsu

We were hoping for FS and it doesnt seem luck on ur side but i admire ur willing to give instead of trade.

Yes... Higher and active char that "contribute" to clan goes first. Reason was they already achieve what they deserve from XP'ing to this levels. What i mean "contribute" here include being SOD'ing, hunting, helping clannies etc..

Theres only one problems here, everyone ONLY get items for "Once"... The weapons/defend gears they use will past down,
theres NO 2nd upgrates for better stat gears... priority goes 2nd char that depens on his/her lvl from those who need.

Ok, first of all. you guys doing well. This clan has no big secrets and thats cool.

Try making this clan a trading / upgrading clan is a big goal. { i like it }

If this clan really wants it , we need to start with putting a line in the application form also.
{ willing to trade/ upgrade clannies... yes/no }

So far what i read , no big suprizes { i been around for a long time in ept}
What i do mind a bitt is this : I miss the persenal things from game a bit in the proposels.

So i wanna add maybe a stupid thing and possibillety to keep the persenal things also for meself or yourselfs.
I dont know where or when i sayd it before but i really think we need to make special days for the clan.
This way we can work as a whole clan for the clan on those days and also keep our persenal things in game. ( chat- hunt for sheltons- jerra -manna }
i wanna try to explain it by an example.

When i log in game after long day work i dont always wanna check katrina or go sod.
Maybe i am to tired or lazy or just wanna hunt a bit or chat.. w/e
All know when its really nessesary i will come and do my thing in sod^^ for clan
I noticed i wanna have a free choice in this rule { dont get me wrong, i do what ever i can but need freedom a bit }

Also noticed when i read about the jerra thing for respec that it doesnt feel always that great at all.
I try to explain why it doesnt feel that good. { well i alreaddy gave a few of my jerra's away anyway, it was a free choice:P }

When players like me wanna age weapon or armor 80c or 80d its expensif.
Here comes the part that makes me feel a bit .
So , i go try to find jerra-items or sheltons { celesto } and spam for like half a miljon a day to find them.
Now, if we totaly agree to the proposel rules, it means what i find i give to clan....w00t.
So , how do i urn gold for aging my items? { sell manna? 6x7x items-divines- murks }<<<<< slow.
Jerra and orange ore, i could always sell { or give to clan if i wanted} for fast gold.

Well i can write about all rules a bit the same, what i think we need to do { just my 2 cents }

papa has good points, we can't enforce everyone to go by all the rules all the time. It's by your choice yourself, if you decide to help clanny or not. But remember one thing, what comes around goes around. If I don't plan on helping clanny out and later on ,they have something you want. Don't expect them to return the favor.

Thats why we need a plan and guideline work as a team farm resource to do the work.

1) Gold(sod)...
2) Clan Day, team up gather resource for clan (mana/jera)...
3) 80d only we use clan gold respec distribute to clannie...

* ONLY on day we use (mana resource from clan store) in party hunting "goes to clan".
* Solo hunting belongs to ours! "No Give Clan" wtf? communism crazy! lol...

Clan Day can be during the week. I sugest on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday.

And when we are not on top ranking in SOD. We need to collect mana for the clan.

And yes there is a problem with the jera. Some of us gave jera gor free or very cheap and we are not able to make our own gold when other clan dont share with us lol ^^

We ll put the jera in clanmule.


I aslo think that all clanie should join it. but when its not clan days we are welcome to continue our clan party even if its not for the clan. I know that some members ll continue to give but we ll be able to sell for ourselves...

so I guess what we are planning now , if I am understanding this correctly, on tues/wed/thurs we make it a point to do our clan duties ( farm mana/hunt jera etc) basically what jamz said

if you were gonna do this on those days, instead of making it tedious just to do it a couple hours each day. Set a time, that whomever is on to help gather mana for our clanmules and so forth.

, I already saw a nice clan dismissing because of sharing rules.... it someone has something to share it should be FREE WILL, no rule can tell u what to do.... of course WILLING to help clanies is always nice (the best), close friend or not....

yea then week 1 when a pike finds a ks sword the ks will be Sharing^ the week after when the ks finds a rare never to be found again pike item .. He says give me 200mil cuz im broke and i dont share .. sorry but i feel rules are good .. Not LAWS .. your shouldnt be murdered for not sharing , but each and every instance is different but the ^basics^ should be 100% sharing

we are not gathering sources to "MUST MAKE" an items for clannie but "JUST INCASE"....


Heres what ive bought for myself upgrates lastnight, we just need put some effort to it and patients...












The gold was my daily farming manas murky etc craps ive bee selling from training.
Please do not expect we put effort in clan must get back in returns, can we just have some fun together for the name of being family.
